(Understanding the rules is key to participating effectively)
Proposal Eligibility
- Token Holding Threshold: Community members must hold at least 20,000 $SHELL to submit a proposal.
- Proposal Frequency Limit: Each address can only submit one proposal per week.
If multiple proposals are submitted by the same address within a week, only the first one will be considered valid.
- Public Announcement: Proposals must be announced on MyShell's official social media channels, such as X (Twitter) account and MyShell Discord.
Voting Process
- Voting Period: The voting period for a proposal must last at least 7 days.
- Voting Eligibility: All $SHELL holders can participate in voting, even if you only hold a small amount of $SHELL.
- Voting Power: Each $SHELL represents one vote.
Your voting power is proportional to the amount of $SHELL you hold.
The current proposal and voting mechanism does not require locking or burning any tokens.
