    1. An invitation code is a way to distinguish the source of users, usually entered after the user completes registration. In this event, the invitation code is "LineaX".
  2. What is Battery in MyShell?
    1. Battery is consumed by users while chatting with robots or setting up their own robots. Basic members have 60 daily battery units while premium member has 200 daily battery units. If a user registers using the invitation code “LineaX”, they will be considered a Linea user and will be able to claim a free premium membership card and receive an additional 300 Battery package as a gift.
  3. What are shell points?
    1. Shell points are points earned from interactive activities. Users can use shell points to exchange for some gifts, such as 1-month premium membership card, free GPT-4 gift cards and seasonal badges. Most importantly, shell points are the only indicator that determines the user's seasonal ranking.
  4. How do I participate in interactive activities?
    1. You can view the currently available interactive activities in “Reward Center”. We offer a variety of activity types, including daily conversations, trying out exclusive features, friends invitation, community engagement, completing on-chain transaction tasks, etc. You can choose to participate based on your interests and earn shell points as a reward after completion.
  5. What is a seasonal badge?
    1. In each season, the top 200 users in shell point rankings have the opportunity to exchange for seasonal badges. Seasonal badges will be minted into NFTs in the future, and holders will enjoy more privileges and benefits and are also a symbol of honor in the community. Also, NFT holders will be able to receive MyShell Token airdrops after listing. However, the method and date for NFT minting have not yet been announced. Please pay close attention to the official announcements from the MyShell team.
  6. How to participate in on-chain transaction tasks?
    1. On-chain transaction tasks refer to performing an on-chain transaction on Linea, which is worth to 200 shell points. If you already have an EOA wallet, you can directly connect it and complete the task; if you don't, upon registration, we will assign you a custodian wallet.
  7. How to claim rewards?
    1. You can claim rewards in “Reward Redemption”. There are two types of rewards in a season.
    2. In-Season Reward: Bonus GPT-4 Chat Booster - encourage more valid conversations with your favorite bots, claim anytime in a season, up to 2 times.
    3. Season-End Rewards: To avoid being attacked, the number of shell points required for these rewards will be hidden until the last 3 days of this season. When your shell point ranking is in the top 200 in this season, you can claim rewards include Linea ETH rewards and seasonal badges. Other rewards like 1-month Premium Membership Card, and GPT-4 Chat Booster will also be available to claim.
  8. What is the use of Linea ETH rewards?
    1. Linea ETH rewards are equivalent to $50 USD in ETH(Linea), which can be used as reimbursement for on-chain transaction tasks or for further engagement with other dapps on Linea. For users who don’t have EOA wallet, Linea ETH will be sent to the custodian wallet; for Linea users, if they connect their own EOA wallet, Linea ETH will be sent to their EOA wallet; if they do not, it will also be sent to the custodian wallet assigned by MyShell.
  9. How do I invite new users?
    1. You can copy your invitation link at “Invite to Earn” under your profile page and share it with your friends. When your friend registers using your invitation link and completes registration, you will receive shell points as reward once they are identified as valid users.
  10. When does The Linea Season start and end?
    1. The Linea Season will start on September 18th and end on September 30th, lasting for two weeks.
  11. How do I check my ranking?
    1. You can view your shell point ranking for this season at the “Leaderboard”. The leaderboard is updated in real time. Please note that to prevent potential cheating actions, the ranking only shows a ranking percentage out of all participants. So the best strategy is to earn Shell Points as many as possible.
    2. We will announce the final ranking and the winners at the last three days of the Season.
  12. What is considered as cheating and what consequences will there be?
    1. There is an algorithm to check if user’s message is a valid message for each conversation. For behaviors such as maliciously spamming messages to gain shell point, the account will be prevented from claiming rewards immediately.
  13. How to accomplish the Web3 task: On-Chain Interaction on Linea?
    1. Firstly, you must have enough Gas Fee in your wallet.
      1. To achieve this, you could buy ETH through payment solution providers, such as MoonPay; Or you could buy ETH through exchanges, such as OKX and Binance.
      2. Then, you need to bridge the ETH from Ethereum Network to Linea Network. For detailed instructions, please refer to below website: https://docs.linea.build/use-mainnet/bridges-of-linea/how-to-bridge-eth
      3. Finally, if you register or log in MyShell platform with EOA wallet, such as MetaMask, you could continue the task once you finish the bridging. But if you register/log in MyShell platform with Emails and you are using Particle-powered custodian wallet (wallet that was automatically assigned to you by MyShell platform), please send the ETH on Linea Network to your Particle wallet (Path: MyShell > Profile > Wallet)
    2. After funding your wallet with enough Gas Fee, please kindly follow the instructions in the task.
      1. Please kindly note if you can’t start the transaction with your Particle wallet, it may be caused by your Chrome Browser, please change to another browser or use your own EOA wallet to login and accomplish the task.
      2. Please kindly note that some EOA wallets, such as Rainbow, do not support Linea Network, so you may need to change your network to Linea Network on your wallets.
